The architecture speaks in measured lines and warm textures: a refined stone façade, rhythmic vertical louvers, and generous glazing that frames the city without overpowering it. At its base, the building opens to the street with transparency and human scale, inviting life, movement, and connection. Above, the residences ascend into calm, private sanctuaries elevated from the city’s pace.
